Jimmy Carter smells "blood in the water"

A former U.S. president is accusing the current president of sanctioning the "widespread abuse of human rights" by authorizing drone strikes to kill suspected terrorists.
Long-regarded as the worst president in US history, Jimmy Carter must sense, and now fully realize, that he finally can shed that shameful label, passing the torch to current President Barack Obama.  In a transparent effort to put the "close the deal", Carter this week accused Obama of "widespread human rights violations", citing escalation of drone strikes, and the continued use of Guantanamo Bay.

Congratulations President Carter.  You are the second worst president in US history.
